Sebelum tidur, dianjurkan untuk berwudhu seperti hendak salat, membersihkan tempat tidur dengan menepuk-nepuk kasur, lalu membaca doa tidur: Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya (Dengan nama-Mu ya Allah aku mati dan aku hidup). Setelah itu, membaca dzikir seperti tasbih, tahmid, dan takbir masing-masing 33 kali, serta membaca surat-surat pendek seperti Ayat Kursi, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, dan An-Nas. Tidur sebaiknya dengan posisi miring ke kanan mengikuti sunnah Nabi Muhammad ﷺ, dan hindari tidur terlalu larut agar tubuh tetap sehat dan mudah bangun untuk salat Subuh.

this game, you can see the etiquette before sleeping, here it is exemplified by Nadia and Bilal. When you enter, you will have character choices, namely Nadia and Bilal. If you choose Bilal, you will see the etiquette for boys before sleeping, and if you choose Nadia, you will see the etiquette for girls before sleeping. There are three buttons when you have selected a character: the previous button, the back to menu button, and the next button.
